Guatemala City, April 2023. Multilingual Contact Center and BPO, Pronto BPO is part of the TOP + America 2022 Ranking by TOP Companies, a position that confirms its commitment to its human capital and its status as the perfect platform for the projects it is developing this year.
To obtain this nomination, an exhaustive process was carried out with the Pronto BPO staff, evaluating the culture and organizational climate that allow determining the characteristics, behaviors, and skills required to be a culturally powerful company.

In this latter aspect, some actions to highlight are the donation of furniture and wood to the National Civil Police of Guatemala (PNC), as well as to the National Badminton Federation of desks for the use of the young athletes who come to train and take advantage of doing their schoolwork, among other contributions.
In addition, Pronto BPO is committed to female talent, reflected regionally as 57% of the workforce is made up of empowered women leaders who contribute from their areas of work.
Outsourcing services on the rise
According to the Guatemalan Exporters Association, AGEXPORT, last year the Contact Center and BPO sector in Guatemala had a significant growth that reached the figure of more than 50 thousand direct jobs, and a growth rate between 5% and 10% has been projected for this industry this year.
Pronto BPO exceeded its growth expectations from 20% to 43% with client accounts in Spanish, English, and four Mayan languages. Currently, it continues to work with hybrid accounts where 59% of employees work from home.
And for 2023…
Within this constantly growing scenario, the company is developing and strengthening an internal platform called Recruitify, a tool that allows automating and turning the recruitment and selection process into a friendly experience for applicants, more efficient for the recruitment team, and of great support for the company.

Likewise, expansion projects continue. Last year, Ponto BPO opened its doors in Honduras, and this year it is preparing projects for the United States, contributing to an annual growth rate of 25%.
