The path that leads us towards Total Quality creates a new culture, establishes and maintains leadership, develops staff and makes them work as a team, in addition to focusing total quality efforts towards the client and planning each of the steps to achieve excellence in its operations.

It is convenient to measure the continuous quality improvement process, selecting the most appropriate indicators in each area or department; since in this way progress can be observed and courses of action established. Indicators are the diagnostic and management mechanism that will serve as information for quality tools and that will help us to know which areas are problematic and, in this way, to be able to focus efforts and resources towards them. Now, the indicators should not serve to find guilty of the committed mistakes; the leadership and participation of all staff will favor the correct use of the indicators.
